As noted in my Notes below, American police forces, all of them, and the F.B. I. task medical doctors and medical personnel at hospitals, at medical clinics, at walk-in clinics, even in their private practice offices to cooperate in surveillance and covert operations against police and F.B.I. targets to damage, injure these human targets to the point of mudering them, and then covering up the murders. And the United States is not the only country engaged in such subterfuge, far from it—the U.K. has engaged in this practice since at least the time of George Orwell, author of 1984, when his ex-wife died in hospital under questionable circumstances, while here, the nephew of Gail Stillman Cook, wife and widow of now-deceased J. Michael Cook, formerly of Duke Univerdity and Durham, NC, also died in a hospital in New York Sate under questionable circumstances soon after the sudden death of her own son Kevin Stillman Cook In Durham, NC in December of 2009.
