An Acupuncturist's Head Poem by Kimberly Burnham

An Acupuncturist's Head

Red fire
green liver
yellow spleen
white metal
colors dance
in an acupuncturist's head
as she sits by a lake
blue water the color of his eyes
energy flowing through the kidneys
fire lifting fatigue
lengthening stride
a bringing a hearty laugh
as colors dance
with energy
and life
