I said, 'My back hurts'
she said, 'let me tell you a story'
you walked in here wanting
something to change
on the physical plane
a back
a hip
a spine
You walked in here wanting
a different experience of reality
to know some different particles
of experience
Follow your mind
my hands
the energy
into the waves of possibility
the quantum realm
where anything is possible
Watch as a color
a touch
a thought collapses
the wave
manifesting a new set
of particles of experience
And ask yourself
where is the pain
is it in the back
the muscles, bones and ligaments
is it in the cells of the muscles
or in the carbon atoms
swirling with oxygen
and more
Is it located
in the vast spaces between
the electrons and protons
or even deeper where
quarks and leptons leap
Is it in the matter
or the space
somewhere in between
gone into a crack
in the time space continuum
never to surface again
And I said, 'Thank you'
and walked into a new and better
reality

I would like to translate this poem
Is it located in the vast spaces between the electrons and protons or even deeper where quarks and leptons leap Is it in the matter or the space somewhere in between gone into a crack in the time space continuum never to surface again And I said, 'Thank you' and walked into a new and better reality Thanks for the touch of Quantum Physics in Poetry. A really novel experiment with these modern concepts, which is less understood by people fro other faculties. I love and respect your efforts. Thanks. You deserve 10+++ I invite you to visit my page and comment on some of my poems too. Thanks. Subhas
