An Autom Day - Poem by David Blake

I remember the day you
walked toward me. The day I
heard the song. I had no idea
of life and or what it was to
be free. The light the
dreams, and the sound of
everything in-between.
In control of nothing, believing
the vision of fear. The
apparition, shadowy figures
of yesterday foretelling pain that
never seemed to be real.
