An Empty Heart Goes On - Poem by Neil Solan

An empty heart goes on;
Legs rallying on for fun
As I bluff my pen will set me free,
I'm left here to rot, for eternity.

I see nirvana in the blade,
But I don't want to feel that pain,
Staring down at the icy waves,
Pretty abyss i'll be your slave.
