Let every bit of dust, atoms and molecules
drenched with blood, sweat and tears
bloom as lotus to sing the song ofthe victory of this hero;
it is he whose voice sparks and scintillates
of the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Gita
and the Mahabharata beyond all distinctions
and dissimilarity in caste and creed across
the nation and all over the world ……
and whose love like purling fountain
overflows the thousands of the Indian hearts.
As an incarnation of democracy,
and an embodiment of nationalism and socialism
he is an icon ofnew historical renaissance
through upheavals ofpresent India ….
And his patriotism and loyalty to the country
like surge of the Ganga and the Yamuna
still murmurs, and willas long as man is alive on the earth
and history of mankind will breathe a sigh.
His enthused heart as resolute as the Himalaya will fertilize
the barren lands of mankind with vernal shower of devotion
He seemsMichael de Nostradamus's prediction
for India; and a glowing hope for the deprived amid
the debris of depression and dejection.
He is a feeling to be felt by the multitude, and ray of hope
in the sleazy corners of secularism in shape ofa new India.
Like a rising sun he leads the broken mass
to the secure acme, and he isin the crowd of
the admired patriots across the world in stream of time,
and an ever inspiration of the young generation ahead;
As if, he seemsan echo of ocean in a conch, and
the cadence of every fiberof the flesh and blood
babbles with incantation of Om Shanti in every Indian heart.
