An Intensity Of Birdsong: Wilderness Dawn Chorus Poem by Terence George Craddock

An Intensity Of Birdsong: Wilderness Dawn Chorus

Rating: 5.0

there are wilderness places where sudden noise
an intensity of birdsong wakes heart mind soul
into an irresistible awe river stream birdsongs

wonder appreciation rippling with the rapid heartbeat
dawn song sung by a chorus of unseen birds singing
in orchestra celebration worshipping birth new life in

breaking dawn vapour mist
spreading first rays creeping
fingers of gentle dawn light
