An Invocation To Prometheus - Poem by Paul Amrod

Nurtured by the sacred canto echoing through my recollection
persisting to influence my ability to thread the needle.
Aiming through eternity with a fondness for the primeval
Rejuvenating the balance between imagination and authenticity
appeasing my perceptions with salutations and reflections.
Translating the implication to an incessant and steadfast receptivity
while our antennas will telepathically decipher the yearning of people
for recognition to approve their aspirations as an exclusive perfection.
The autumnal atmosphere apparels Nature with a glimmering selection
of poetic anecdotes to propel our impressions igniting synchronicity.
Compelling throngs of enthusiasts to assemble a youthful choir
to serenade the lonely and ordinary as they hide in the church's steeple.
Providing the pathways to autonomy breaking their sense of reliance
yielding salvation amidst the pedestrian way of life and freedoms they'll acquire.
Tapping open an ingenious state, latent in their ambition, we conjure the dormant
source of cleverness about to be stirred within these souls, rejected and feeble.
Imploring with introspection while exploring the intimately sensitive science
Reinstating the necessity of complacency for the patient and the peaceful
Offering a compromise alerting us of the ultimate demise of noncompliance
Unexpectedly emerges the continuation of the impeccable law of fire
released from Prometheus through Apollo and his daughters.
Chiron has sacrificed with his egoless intentions his brush with immortality
giving this god aflame no taste of Lucifer as his demeanor was accordant.
Subduing the passion of Jupiter releasing the spell of ages the waters
with a cloudburst will deluge the plains with a tornado and without warrant.
Cleansing the decadence of a fruitless phase the prognosis brings us to saunter
immersed in thought formulating our visions through a prism of totality.
Eventually proceeds the germination of the seeds planted to bring desire
resulting in a vigorous process of enhancement and constructive activity.
The galleries will soon expose an auspicious era of visionaries important
for the realization of a collective school engendering the ultimate originality.
Searching for harmonious consonances and deploring the typical dissonant
clamor that disintegrates like dust thereafter with the mystery chord as reality.

This is after a long time that I have read a poem cast in a classical mold. The language coupled with elements of Greek mythology have been superbly presented. Greatly enjoyed. Thanks, Paul Amrod. A few lines I would like to quote:
Rejuvenating the balance between imagination and authenticity
Imploring with introspection while exploring the intimately sensitive science
Reinstating the necessity of complacency for the patient and the peaceful
