An Uncreative Artist Appreciates Poem by Terence George Craddock

An Uncreative Artist Appreciates

an artist must appreciate
an uncreative moment
to walk in normality pursuits
to merge in the crowd
to enjoy popular festivals
in fan sports moments
in iconic fan music concerts
in good books movies friends moments

creativity does not have a no creativity moment
creativity has a pause a moment a turn of the tide
creativity says pause rest artist when you can
creativity says the tide must turn go out rest
creativity says tide will surge roar in strong currents
creativity says rest artist before mind tide surges

artists must compelled swim the tides
artists must compelled swim call of tides
artists must compelled swim creative waters
artists like athletes run short or distance races
artists like athletes focus energy into paces
artists like athletes run dreams body mind visions
