And no wall

I have done my part
-downloaded and edited
-the photos and the film
-then saved and exported
-and demanded:
-"Vimeo, Facebook and Youtube
-receive and save and expose
-to the eyes…
-of…

Computer and the Internet do theirs
-and the fire alarm went off
-but smell of the burning
-of something woolly
-hangs on while he uses the PA
-"Go back in…"

I look at some tank
-it is burned and stuck
-a pair of brown shoes
-worn with rubber soles
-rest on a metal wheel
-and two little girls
-hands cupped
-kept in front of little faces
-as do the Muslims, praying
-stand…

I am sad…

-just received as souvenir
-written with darkness of desert
-and coldness of iceberg
-nothing but pain
