an angelic princess
with long flowing
graceful tresses
paddles out to sea
in a moonlit night
the sea is calm
so that you can hear
each gentle splash
the paddle etches onto the ear
as her boat divides the sea
to go to where she wishes to be
her heart is as divided
between heaven and hell
her tresses like the waves
gently flick to the wind
and tame an emotion
that would soon swell
like a tempest
