Anger shackles the pathetic weak
Poisoned-words dart to death inflict
Paralyse man's innate power to reason
Without shame reveal irrational emotion
Hurting a man's social status and reputation
Wicked mount anger rage, spiting destruction
Fear, insecurity masked by anger weapon
When threatened by naked exposition
Of lying spirit, hurts and hidden guilt
Unearthing secrets, deep buried dirt
The wicked man: the lordly, proud hearted
Prey, control the fair faint-hearted
Man must become self-aware
Of the wild nature of anger flares
That anger is a deadly sin
Man-spirit and soul crippling
Differentiating man from beast
Affirming The Evil incarnate exists!
Anger nurses violent rages
Anger wrecks marriages
Anger, unresolved, rears a monster
Anger made Adam's son, a murderer
Anger breeds evil motives
Anger swallows career initiatives
Anger ends friendships
Anger rends relationships
Anger, repressed, makes one ill
Anger unleashed, can instantly kill
Anger results in long regret
Anger wounds, in memory deeply set
Beware of the emotion you nurse
It can become your paralysing curse!
Adorn patience, dressing in loving-kindness
Honey-coating temper; vaporizing stubbornness
Subduing pride, smothering anger
Bridling loose tongue; tempering temper

Anger snatches from us not only our peace of mind but all good things so dear to us.
