Ankle Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Ankle

Ankle

Once happy I searched for
Your hidden shape and curves
Felt heaven with skin
All covered underneath
The cloth; thick or thin
Your exposed ankle spoke of paradise
Gave me joy
Far below I felt my blood boil.

Later on things changed and
Ankle was daily seen
Skirt shrunk
Went above
Knees, and
Came more changes
And changes…

Arrived shorts
Arrived tights
And came the Bikini
Out of sight and unseen
Was nothing and if was very rare
Generous; you gave more…

Now no search is needed…
Except you wanting me
The garden is too rich
I see much so sorry
Treasure in open
Is no more treasure
The girls are plenty
Nothing is in hiding
No need for my searching
Hardest part is choosing
Single curve and skin.

I have lost interest.

In your eyes I can read
Desire and wanting
Therefore find new way.
