Another Chance - Poem by Mohamed Hani

This really isn't fair, fighting on my own
Everyone gave up on me, I'm just fighting alone
I'm fighting by myself in the rapid rapid river
Though I'll never break down, never ever quiver
They all are against me, it's cold but I don't shiver
Becuse I have passion in my heart, that can keep me going forever
I've done so much for you, no really a lot, is that my reward?
My heart's in my body yeah, though you are the landlord
I emptied my life for you, I ditched the whole line
Take it from his perspective, hers, theirs or mine
Better yet, I'll flip the table, take it from your stance
Even then I still deserve another chance
Because in the end I really love you, I'm like 100% sure
My heart is yours, keep it, I don't want it in my core
I won't use it if not to love you, I won't use it at all
I shout out my pain real hard, no one hears my loudest call
Everyone against me, they don't mean what their saying
I found out who really cares about me, and who's always been playing
But I realized I don't care, only one person matters with me
Even if she hated me, ditched me, I'm taking whatever she gives me
I gave up my dignity, my life, I gave up my everything
Just to get her back, but it's still a spade on a king
I'll keep going for I love her, I'd kill myself before I lose hope
Otherwise my body, my brains, my heart without her won't cope
