Another Chapter Of Life Poem by Martin Greyford

The year has come to an end.
So many things have happened,
Somethings bad and others good,
But it's alright, that's how
Every chapter of a book is.

Every chapter of a book
Has ups and downs in its writings
And I'll probably say that's
How human life is in
Its day to day basis.

We are about to write
Our new chapter of life
Containing 365 pages,
But how are we going to write it?
Will it be romantic or sentimental?

We all know the pages of
Last year's life chapter by heart
But we don't really know
How this new chapter will begin.
Another chapter of life is about to start.

How should I start it?
A book that will attract others,
That will inspire many
Is the one I should write.
Alas! I'll start with - Happy New Year.
