Another Day Poem by Grace Burke

Another Day

Life is but a road with many twists and turns
It's filled with ups and downs with lessons to be learned
Some times we take the wrong path that leads to hurt and pain
Then we just must backtrack and take another lane.

Some people like to travel the straight and narrow way
Others like to go alone and from that pathway stray
Which ever is your choice in life, follow where it leads
Along the way help a friend, try to do good deeds.

No one knows the outcome, where our road will end
It could go on forever or end round the next bend
Live life to it's fullest, don't fret your life away
Don't fear about the future, it's just another day.
