Pick Me A Daisy Poem by Grace Burke

Pick Me A Daisy

Rating: 4.5

Pick me a daisy, I don't need a rose
Give me the sunshine to tickle my toe
I don't need diamonds or jewelry of gold
I just need a lover to have and to hold.

I don't need the riches that money can buy
I just need the freedom to fly in the sky
A life filled with love is all that I crave
A home in the mountains, the beach or a cave.
