Anticipation Of A Cuddle Poem by Doris Cornago

Anticipation Of A Cuddle

A life coach just told me what's wrong
Did I wonder how you felt uneasy
The difficulty of you and me
And what's in between
If there is at all
Why you
Hide
Your head
In the sand the
Moment I call in
Anticipation of a cuddle
What you needed was a huddle
Was I obtuse because you're a recluse

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Sometimes we misread the cues our partner gives and that disappoints him. Oftentimes, there is discordance because he also misinterprets our message. All this can be resolved if couples talk and settle their differences. Honesty is still the best policy. :)
