Aprils Warmth Poem by Rhonda Baker

Aprils Warmth

Rating: 3.0

Acres of rolling hills surround my house
Outside it is warming, and in comes a mouse
The winter wheat is growing all young and green
Making the view so prefect, like from a movie scene
Each time I walk along, the same woodland paths
I feel as if I have escaped all the worlds’ wrath's
Encompassed by nature, and the simple joy it conveys
Feeling young, filled with hope catching sun rays
