As Children Poem by john o'connell

As Children

Rating: 4.5

as children
we played
spontaneously
together;
imagination
boundless.
there was
no time
to deliberate
and weigh
up one
another's
failings,
achievements
and possessions.
they had not
yet arrived.

Wonderful! I wish we'd all the see the world more often like children, it would make the world such a better place! Love, Martine
