Self realization to embody the sensation of liberation within the standing center presence of I am being. Within the realization of god being. In presence I am one with god. As god is me. So am I god. One is all. all is one. I am is. There for I am. Embodying the inner light through the heart that knows all I focus by consciously noticing my inner being. Breathing in and out. Resonating with self I breathe as I become. Stepping into full embodiment. I feel the peace of being oneself. And through listening with the intent of understanding find peace with who I am
