As I lay down after a weary day,
I closed my eyes to drift away.
At last, I was one with the divine,
Wrapped in the sacred hum of Hu's line.
I felt myself gently detaching,
From the fleeting world, ever distracting.
Time wove a spell, still and bright,
And creation glowed with perfect light.
But then, the world froze in its place;
I opened my eyes to the silent space.
It was three in the morning, the air so still,
Yet melodies rolled, their embrace so real.
The dream returned, familiar and true,
Echoing the music of Alast through.
The harmonies of Hu softly declared,
'I have never left; I was always there.'
Once more, I felt the covenant's grace—
The timeless vow etched in sacred space.
To remember my essence, divine and whole,
Through every breath, through time's vast scroll.
