As soon as you are no longer there,
I take an aspirin. a bottle or two.
And there is nothing but absent stars.
Darkness denotes confusion without end.
As soon as you leave, I'm like a damsel fly.
forgetting how to fly,
A nightingale forgetting how to sing.
An owl forgetting how to hoot and expose all the stars.
Just -wondering, oh, how just when I'm going to die.
Just knowing time is short makes me want to cry.
Spend -every second in the sunlight coming my way.
Look, let's clear the air!
As soon as you're not there
I fall into the depths of deep despair.
There is nothing but absent stars.
Darkness denotes it wants absolving—that it isn't doing any wrongdoing.
Only I've grown too fond of stars.
I want you to glow only in my arms.
