As Teachers Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

“Someone whispered in my ears”
Why do we need to write as teachers?
I got puzzled and failed to answer
But this was lesson for fewer

Many people rush with advises
With many loops holes and misses
Everybody some times laugh
As what they render is truth but only half

I gave serious thought and decided
Not to write even when it is needed
When situation demands for doing needful
We should render service if then can be fruitful

It is good to be sympathizer
For their cause and organizer
It serves purpose with two ends
One as their well wishers and others as true friend

Yes poems too must speak
But never to show it from weak point
The words must clearly convey
Readers must be convinced as if we have obeyed
