As The Shadows Depart Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

As The Shadows Depart

Rating: 5.0

J-ust let March twenty-fourth
U-se the Friday morning view;
D-awn has just broken,
A-s the night is far from
Y-ou.

C-rimson sun has risen
A-bove the new horizon;
R-ugged wind has vanished,
G-et up and move
O-n.

B-eautiful beacon shines,
A-iming to warm your heart;
S-tormy evening disappears,
A-s the shadows depart.
