As to a bird that feels its pains increasing
Into its Brain Mind
The spring light that was its oxygen and breathing
Dwindle
Dwindle and fade into a dusk of suffering
Increased
Ever-increasing
And feeling thus go into hiding
So I
Now:
Crawl
Stuttering.
Into dementia advanced clouds of pitying
Life has been alas such suffering!
A martyrdom, a Calvary and a Golgotha
Such broken heart
Such photo flash after photo flash of angst and stress
Dwindling at last
As to a Bird that feels its pain increasing.
