so many of our
friends and family
are already gone
as we celebrate
Christmas this year

miss them
so much
as we celebrate
Christmas this year

somebody is missing
from the kitchen table
and we miss somebody
that used to
now the yard
somebody on their death bed
somebody
taking it hard
as we celebrate
Christmas this year

you know it's just a bug
but its causing
so much pain and misery
hearts are breaking
tears are falling down
can't you see the sight
can't you hear the sound
as we
celebrate Christmas
this year
