Ashlee, Your'Re A Angel - Poem by Ray Mesa

A new day to write about
A new moment to lie about
I am sick of fighting blind
I am sick of not getting mine
But the remains are dust now
And my eyes are rusting now
The part of me that cares is
Screaming so loud that you can't hear the sounds
Of a mother that forgets to check on her kids
And the night she forgot to pray
The tunnel comes and your sins
Come into play
You don't see the light, you barely feel the sun
You know it not right but all is said and done

A reason to cry,911 reasons to scream
All is fine and heaven is a dream
You breathe my last breath
Forever hidden, I’m in need
Of a body next to me, forever unseen
The tales of love, written in blood
Under mud, from above
Actually, I see this angle
Ashlee, you’re an angel
But all love is blind and I won't live long enough
To tell these words to your face
If I can, then I must
Tell you that if I have a fate
I want it with you

Don't take this wrong, I am sane I swear
I don't know where I belong, emotionally I am drained and I can't bear
To fallow this heart into a hole
That I fall into every time
If I die I just don't want to die alone
I feel this way every time

Show me truth, among the ash
Loosen this noose and wait for the aftermath
Every girl is the same
Every one is abusing
Is this a game?
Because I am sick of losing

Show me right, read me a verse
Show me light, put me in reverse
Tonight, I want to meet you first
Today, I want to walk out of this hearse
Tomorrow, I don't want to feel remorse

I am writing this down into my own skin
Lord, I'll go to hell if I can have heaven now
No more of these girls reeked with sin
I am so sick of whores, there are too much to count
So give her wings, a smile and beautiful eyes
Let her sing, I'll walk the green mile if I don't sleep alone tonight

Every time, Jesus every fucking time I look
There is another hand to hold
Soon I’ll find, the end to this book
Hold me now because I’m cold
