Ask Questions And More Questions. Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

Ask Questions And More Questions.

Rating: 5.0

Ask questions and more questions.

A powerful teacher gives
a few simple examples.
He teaches fundamental truths.

Learning takes place through discovery
when you figure it out for yourself.

A good teacher makes only suggestions,
directs the students and Points out problems.

Above all ask questions and more questions.

Thus a teacher encourages discovery.
Only through personal initiative
and constant and incessant work,
one student achieves greatness.

This is the joy of a true teacher.

Ask Questions And More Questions.

Tony, when I was studying meditation, I had the benefit of two true teachers. They complimented me by saying that in their entire teaching experience they had never met such an inquiring mind. Needless to say, my meditative journeys were quite extraordinary. Thoroughly enjoyed your poem!
