With a streak of light
Emerging from behind the hills
It is time for the morn to break
A lone star is ready to
Say good bye, it is reflected
In the placid water of the lake

With a flower slowly
Opening its soft petals for the
Day to be enjoyed by the world
A bird with its beady
Eyes stare at the green fields as
A fresh dawn is about to herald

With the sound of your
Anklets you step out from the
Door to watch the rising sun
Shedding sleep from
Eyes you release a wave of
Fragrance of youth at the dawn
