August Musings: (15th August,2021)



The days are getting
Cooler and I'm perturbed
By these moonless nights.
Soon autumn will arrive in
Its rusted glory.
I think of these star-crossed times
And wonder about
The future. O will we be
Able to function
Normally like we once did
Before this blight?
Heaven knows, things are so hard.
