It is naturally we are Bound to be in gloomy mood
for something or for-nothing
Good people are prone to mental suffering
As you cannot do anything against conscience
As these guys are are of good natured
The societies are becoming odds to be associated by them
Continuing the gloomy mood you should neither be a mad nor commit an unscrupulous activity
To keep the mind healthy and free from gloom
You will have to be like the plain sect called sufi
Only the saalik or sufi can run a life free from tension
And what else are vein
A sufi keeps the mind fresh and free by jikir/remembrance of god
A sufi runs his life following any wing called tariqa / path
Your destination is caught by bus train or aeroplane
There is no hindrance to furnish your life in tariqa nothing otherwise
No frustration nor unscrupulous act but remembrance of god
If you take this way you get coolness of mind and pacifying of consciousness
Avoid high pressure or stroke if you keep plain life
Mediation that we call moraqaba is so useful
Do moraqaba by following the rules of sufi path
It builds a tension free life
Never take the life as doll
Its question session begins from the beginning od death
And death is not a serial mater that considers your term next
Sweep the hidden bad from the inner mind by jikir
It not then you need fire to make the gold purifying
If you dare to suffer then take the challenge
The only gate pass is stainless mind and spotless character
If not then burning and boilingof fire
Adom's sons are more or less sinners
And better are they who ask for and practice for forgiveness
And only the jikir is the process of asking forgiveness
The time you spend calling the creator is the time he wraps you in blessings
