Ayyub Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Ayyub

Ayyub

Ayyub
-Arabic for the Job…
-the thick book filled with lies
-like Bible
-are still too sweet, attractive
-there to read, there to love
-I need you at this time
-you know why
I need job
-but distance
-you farmed hate
-no, not hate, the dislike

You need me as labour,
I need you, but pride?

You want it broken
I want it strong! ! !

On the map of the earth
-if I search
Not even can find dot
-single one with your touch
To be safe

You have left the trail of the filth
-with your lies, everywhere
-have cheated

Pity you
Pity you
Pity you

I know it came from ambition!
- blossomed in desert with your birth
-Camel-like with hate and selfishness…

I need job
I must work
I must pay all my debts
-any job, anywhere; not with you…
