Baby - Poem by The runner who hides

When you call me a baby it’s like a light bulb going off in my head
Why am I the baby, I’m 13 and your 38 and you wine more than I do

All I ever hear about is your shitty cars
Pay attention I’m only going to say this once leave me alone with all your bullshit.
You pay more attention to your cars

Why must it be this way?
Why must I be the adult I’m 13 going on 21
I’ve been more mature than the other kids now I’m sick of it.

You talk about me behind my back like people don’t tell me this shit
I want to thank you for all the pain you have caused
But I’m the baby right.
