Bailey Poem by Alice Silvers

Bailey

I think of you everyday. I think of all the times we walked together. I think of how much I loved and still love you. I think of all the times i just watched your beautiful face. You used to smile. Some people may not have been able to see it, but i could. Not only in your mouth, but in your eyes. I could see the change in your face. I was always so proud to walk with you. People would stare and smile. I used to glow in pride. I was so lucky to call you mine. My eyes prick with tears now with all the joyous memories. I never got to say goodbye, so this is it, my goodbye. I love you Bailey. You will forever have an irreplacable part in my heart. I'll see you over the rainbow bridge babe.
