Beautiful Indeed

Rating: 4.5

Once to a garden, very large,
A gardener was made in charge,
Roses, he thought he would plant there,
Of varieties rich and rare,
So he planted them in the spring,
And provided them with everything,
He nurtured them with tender showers,
And as a result they became beautiful flowers.

He plucked the roses he wanted to sell,
But out of which just one fell.

The roses were bought for different reasons,
Like greeting people for the change of seasons,
A rose, was bought by a rich maid,
For a vase near her bed in which she laid,
A beautician bought another rose,
Saying that using them the skin glows,
Another rose, was bought by a lover,
To confess his love with help of the flower,
A rose, was taken by a man in sorrow,
As his loved ones funeral was tomorrow,
A rose for a newborn baby was taken,
And for the best the basket was shaken,
A man took a rose for his angry wife,
As he said she was his whole life,
For garlands roses were bought,
As a couple was tying the scared knot,
Some were taken for holy offering,
So God would bless us with divine showering,
Roses were taken as homage to patriot,
Who gave their lives in the battles they fought…

Though they fulfilled different roles,
They were grown without any differences,
I guess all were equal for the gardener,
With no preferences…
