Beauty Forever Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Beauty Forever

Jan worries over her age
as she quickly turns over the page...
but days have never been so inviting.
Her hair maybe grey ~
it's quite lovely that way,
shining silver in fluorescent lighting.
Her figure's quite sleek,
or it will be next week, when she cuts
down on the calorie taking.
And when all is said and done,
life could be fun,
for now Jan's a 'grandma' in waiting.
Two score years and ten,
middle age... but even then
Jan's beauty still has top rating.
