I'm tempted to lash out in rage
And risk being called an alpha male; whatever that is
At times, I feel like bursting out in tears
And risk being called a sissy, because real men do not cry
I bear the burden of life
I endure the brunt side of strife
To the woman folk, I am a criminal potentially
But of her I am reared actually
Because I am born a man
Of all evil ever committed by my menfolk, I stand accused
I am guilty until proven innocent
Simply because I am born a man
When she abuses me, it must be because I provoked her
When she provokes me, I must man up and be a gentleman; ever what that means
When she kills me, well she is justified; I am a criminal anyways
Well, I am born a man and will always be wrong in my being right
