Before We Say Goodbye Poem by Peter S. Quinn

Before We Say Goodbye

This is our time
dreams coming prime,
like autumn colors
'for winter wind hollers;
Life is many things
like pearls on strings,
some give their alot
with all they have got.

Lives beauy's within
a day to day spin,
like flowers growing
and into fall's glowing;
'for night comes through
and gives it to you,
dreams like reality
waking and come to be.

Lives hour's ticking
wishing stars tricking,
summer flowers go
in their fall's glow;
yeseterday's not here
it's gone everywhere,
just we - you and I
before we say goodbye.
