Beneath This Sun Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

Beneath This Sun

Rating: 5.0

Amazing it is
what IAM seeking reaping
where all there is there...

a past and present
without a future come near
attain then what is...

a journey of one
begun of sweets on the cheap
what is there to do?

Bequeath to the 'swine'
what is to bequeath to swine
and look back through time?

Where learning rules you're
feeling stronger pleasures stored
in each memory...

not yet deceased, still
sacred pleasures in the midst
as the people bask...

in this dying sun
becoming a silhouette
of shadows on walls.

Friends of no one look
sleeping, wondering, dreaming
of new beginnings...

at a new sun's rise
and dawn comes in western skies
drawn beneath this sun?

Where learning rules you're feeling stronger pleasures. Everything is stored in memory. This is really an interesting and brilliant poem very well penned. A great worthy poem is beautifully shared....10

Aloha Kumarmani... Cheers and I humbly thank you for taking this time to read and comment on this post... My question however is one of your own personal observations and interests... are you aware of the changes happening over your head? And all around the planet? All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two
