Best Friend
tears stain her cheeks
as her best friend calls her leave
she wishes she could tell her not to go
but it's what she wants
what place is it to tell her not to
she said that she never wanted to see me
she got close to me
just to leave
the pain i had hidden inside was too much for her to deal
she didn't want me to cut myself
she didn't see the hurt i had hidden within
