Beware Of A Fake Christian Poem by Randy McClave

Beware Of A Fake Christian

Beware of a fanatical 'Christian'
Unto fanatics they will only listen,
They will twist scripture to promote hate
Seemingly they want to damn everyone else's fate.
They promote racism, violence, with twisted scripture
Just to justify their own sinful actions with a picture,
Fanatics treat Christianity as a type of righteous country club
Where they judge, accuse, gossip and snub.
From their own belief, doctrine and petition
They believe only a select few can gain admission,
Some people claim to be Christian yet do not practice Christianity
They practice instead spiritual insanity.
True Christians practice Christianity to build a personal relationship with God
Which is not a boast or a brag or a fraud,
They want to serve our Lord God himself
And no one else.
True Christians use scripture to educate themselves and others about Christ
True Christians know for all the Lord paid the price,
Real Christians will understand everyone is a sinner, including them
And they seek forgiveness, from him.
They know that they are not the ones to place judgement
That law, was heaven sent,
True Christians will show empathy and compassion by reaching out to others
As they know in God's eyes we all are sisters and brothers.
True Christians will assist in any way that they can
They don't want to be the reasoning for any fallen man,
True Christians do not promote hatred or racism as fanatics would
They promote love and forgiveness as Jesus said they should.
A true Christian does not twist a bible passage so they do prevail
Or telling someone from spite or hate on how they are going to hell,
If you have Bibles or Jesus paraphernalia in your house or hanging on your wall
That doesn't make you a true Christian at all.
