POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
HDK is Chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy of Karnataka.He has recently taken over as CM with 'unconditional' support from the Congress Party. After obtainingvote of confidence from the elected representatives he is finding the Congress a very difficult partner with too many demands.He has even thought of resigning.
