Beyond
Beyond the everyday
The everyday skin and bone
Beyond ideas,
Beyond fears,
Beyond tears,
Beyond politics race and religion
Beyond magic and superstition
Beyond opinions and beliefs.
Beyond everything I choose to define who I am
The soul beyond everything of the above
Is the soul that chooses to love
And beyond everything I have known
Lies my home.
