Birth Right Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Birth Right

Birth right

Tears rush in eyes
It reflects my happiness
We are now living with free world
Away from wars that was once called cold wars

Let this dream be not short lived
As we have suffered
And undergone so much hardship
We were taken work of slaves and kept tied as sheep

I breathe free air
Sun looks so fair
With same rays for all races
No blacks or white can make differences

I shall dream equality for all
No one should fall
From dignity that is offered
And led to be ushered in new era

Let no one remain in chain
And suffer with pain
Freedom is birth right
And gives enough room to fight

I absolutely love this poem, because it expresses what everyone wishes for. I, myself, feel close to these beautifully-written thoughts. Congratulations! 2 hours ago by Maria J99 | Reply
