Bitter Sweet Poem by dead before I died

Bitter Sweet

Sweetness, she asks for

and sweetness I'l give her,

if only for the moment

if only it would linger

Pure sweetness, she longs for
that sweetness she treasures,
in soft cottled words
of amorous whispers.

Sweetness, she asks for
and sweetness I'l give her,

but soon I'l be gone

and leave her
only bitter
