Bittersweet Poem by Luna Moon

Bittersweet

Rating: 5.0

You're Bittersweet,
You know that?
Like chocolate on my tongue.
Bittersweet,
Like how I love your voice,
But hate your words.
Bittersweet,
Like how I love your smile,
But hate where it's from.
Oh Bittersweet like those promises,
Promises to change.
Bittersweet as I believe you,
And fall back down again.
You pick me up like Bittersweet,
And plant another chocolate kiss on my lips.
Bittersweet,
Like how I love those kisses,
And hate how I can't leave them behind.

This is so creative! I love the theme of how bitter chocolate can be sweet but gross!

Love to Hate.............Hate to Love If we never experienced bitterness we would not embrace enjoy sweet delights. Cool way to describe such a paradox
