Black Fire Poem by Dan Uriel

Black Fire

I walk among blossoming trees
already in summer
my heart is as imminent
and severe happy to sing

and patterning of sound
cultured stones streaming
clean stones have been like water
my Lord, I still watching

summer black opened fire
by a bushy sign from heaven
and flowering past hell-storm
with lightning reached down

what a fire in my heart to silence
that hot summer and black fire
preserve my heart of fire flower
sign from heaven as hell storm
