romantic in black ribbon type
poems written typed out
on artistic tool typewriters
on ancient museum pieces
now in age of computers
home computers lap top
carried cell phone tablet
age of internet writings
word processing swift
sent anywhere in an instant
sent not by slow snail mail
instant to any destinations
words written saved stored swift
once we took a sheet
a single piece of white A4
typing paper typewriters
inserted then started to type
each letter key struck
firmly precisely
by keyboard fingers
in skilled rhythms
struck imprecisely
keys locked stuck
or type shadows
wrong letters struck
errors took time to correct
deletion fluids type overs
made a messy ghastly page
typist worked precise mind
typewriter sang in struck keys
swift words precise fast typed
by skilled professional typist
office typewriters hummed
a swift busy swarm of bees
buzzing buzzing to type to type
typing out thunderstorm words
honey words typed on typed page
