Blinded By Uncertainty Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Blinded By Uncertainty

Shadows slowly and silently crawling across rooftops, never in
a hurry, knowing that time doesn't have any effect on them or
what they do.

Enjoying watching their progress, taking time to think and feel
interior emotions as they're stirred up motionlessly, nature
having a great time watching their different shadow patterns.

Filling out in shapes of their branches, limbs and leaves, caus-
ing them to take on volumes of sounds just lying there, listening
to traffic going by, children laughing and talking.

Gentle breezes blowing ever so lightly and fluidly even though
we humans can't see them, looking in full color, shapes, things,
etc., all growing in front of us each and every day.

Many never even notice any of it at all, what a devastating
tragedy to humanity as they walk through life being blinded by
uncertainty and carelessness.
